Rubrik node locations
You can identify the location of each Rubrik node to facilitate cabling and powering on.

The following image shows the front view of a four-node r6000 series Brik. The bezel has been removed and the power panel of each Rubrik node is identified by letters A-D.
To power on Rubrik node A, press the power button that is labeled A in the following image.

The following image shows the layout of disks belonging to each node in an r6000 series Brik.

1 – Node A Disk 3 | 2 – Node B Disk 3 | 3 – Node C Disk 3 | 4 – Node D Disk 3 |
5 – Node A Disk 2 | 6 – Node B Disk 2 | 7 – Node C Disk 2 | 8 – Node D Disk 2 |
9 – Node A Disk 1 | 10 – Node B Disk 1 | 11 – Node C Disk 1 | 12 – Node D Disk 1 |

Node A | Node B | Node C | Node D |
---|---|---|---|
A0 – A5 | B0 – B5 | C0 – C5 | D0 – D5 |

From the rear, Rubrik node A is on the lower right, Rubrik node B is on the upper right, Rubrik node C is on the lower left, and Rubrik node D is on the upper left. These labels correspond to those of the power panel labels in the front-view image of the r6000 series Brik with the bezel removed that is shown earlier in this topic.
The following image shows the rear view of a four-node r6000 or f10000 series Brik, with the back panel of each Rubrik node identified by a letter A-D.

From the rear, Rubrik node A is on the lower right, Rubrik node B is on the upper right, Rubrik node C is on the lower left, and Rubrik node D is on the upper left. These labels correspond to those of the power panel labels in the immediately preceding image of the r6000 series Brik with the bezel removed.
